As a company policy, we do not offer refunds or returns on any products once sold. However, if a product is delivered damaged or incorrect, it can be exchanged, provided the terms and conditions are met. Please note, there is no exchange or return on products purchased from the Stock Clearance Sale. If the desired product for exchange is not in stock, a credit note will be issued.

 

If the product is not from the sale section and is eligible for an exchange due to damage or incorrect delivery, you must submit the feedback form available via the QR code on the box label within 2 working days (48 hours) of delivery to request an exchange. Once acknowledged by the CYOF team, you will need to send the product back to our studio. We will dispatch a new product once we receive the returned item.

 

– Exchanges can take 7-10 working days from the date of delivery.

– Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, and in their original packaging are eligible for exchange.

– Submitting the feedback form available via the QR code on the box label is mandatory. Without this form, we cannot process an exchange.

– Please note that exchange is allowed only once per order.

Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by CYOF and accepts CYOF’s decision regarding the cancellation.

Yes, you can exchange any products that are eligible for exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that some items are not returnable or exchangeable.

We strive to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless and that all products meet the highest quality standards. However, exchange requests may be declined for the following reasons:

– The customer does not like the material or color of the product. We recommend carefully reading the product description and reviewing all images before ordering. You can also contact us for more details about the product if needed.

– Variations in color, finish, and overall look are inherent in our hand-made products. Color differences of 10-12% may occur due to screen resolution or camera lighting. Please do not request an exchange or return for these reasons.

– The product is used, damaged, incorrect, altered, washed, or has had its tags and labels removed.

– Items purchased during a sale, at a discount, with a coupon, or using a gift voucher are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please record an unboxing video of the product without any edits, and take three clear photographs. Submit these along with the “Feedback Form” available via the QR code on the box label within 2 working days (48 hours) of delivery. Click Here…

Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse, it typically takes 7-10 working days to dispatch the replacement. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Yes, certain items such as made-to-order products and those purchased during a Stock Clearance Sale are not eligible for exchange.

If you do not submit the feedback form within 2 working days (48 hours) of delivery, we will consider the product correct and no exchange will be processed.

If the product tags have been removed, the item will not be eligible for exchange. Please ensure all tags and labels remain intact until you are certain about keeping the product.

Once you submit the feedback form and your exchange request is approved, we will send you an “APPROVED” Email or WhatsApp or Massage. You can track the status of your exchange request through Email or others updates from CYOF. For further assistance, you can contact us at info@cyofs.com.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, delivery may sometimes take longer than expected. If your order is delayed beyond the standard delivery time, please contact us at info@cyofs.com, and we will assist you in tracking your order.

At this time, CYOF primarily ships within India. We are offering in the future, so please stay tuned.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. If you need to change your order details, please Cancel your COD order within 24 hours (if eligible) and place a new order. Prepaid orders cannot be canceled or modified.

CYOF accepts a variety of payment methods including credit/debit cards, net banking, and UPI. We also offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for select orders.

Currently, CYOF does not offer gift-wrapping services. However, our packaging is designed to be unique and special, reflecting the care and craftsmanship of our hand-painted products.

Yes, each hand-painted item comes with specific care instructions, to maintain the quality of your hand-painted product, please follow the care instructions provided with your order. Generally, we recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergent and avoiding direct sunlight to preserve the colors. Do not bleach, tumble dry, or iron directly on the painted areas.
