- Eligibility Verification: Submitting the form within 2 days of receiving your item enables us to verify your eligibility for an exchange. This timeframe ensures we can respond quickly and accurately to any issues.

Important Notes
- Condition of Products: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and must include all original tags and packaging.
- Tag Removal: If the product tag is removed, the item will no longer be eligible for exchange.
- Time Sensitivity: If you do not submit the feedback form within 2 days of receiving your product, it will be considered as accepted, and no exchange will be provided.
