Eligibility for Exchanging a Product

At CYOF, we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. However, in the event you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we offer an exchange option under the following conditions:

  1. Eligible Reasons for Exchange:
    • You are eligible for an exchange if the product you received is damaged or incorrect. Exchanges are not available for any other reasons, including changes in size, color variations due to screen resolution, or preference changes.
  2. Exchange Request Timeline:
    • All exchange requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the product. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
  3. Condition of the Product:
    • The product must be in its original condition. It should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
    • All tags must remain intact. Products with removed or altered tags are not eligible for exchange.
  4. Unboxing Video and Photographs:
    • Customers are required to provide an unedited unboxing video along with three clear photographs showing all tags, labels, and the condition of the product. This serves as evidence for initiating an exchange.
  5. Filling Out the Feedback Form:
    • To start the exchange process, customers must fill out the feedback form, which can be accessed via a QR code on the box label. This form must be completed within 2 days of receiving the item.
  6. Return Shipping Process:
    • Once the exchange request is approved, you will receive an Exchange Label via email. You must affix this label over the original label on the package, sign and date it, and submit a photograph for final verification.
  7. Non-Eligible Products:
    • Made-to-order items and products purchased during stock clearance sales are not eligible for exchange.
  8. Exchange Timeline:
    • After the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process the exchange within 7-10 working days. This timeframe may extend slightly depending on circumstances.
