Exchange and Return Policy

REFUND, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We have no return policy, as these are bespoke hand painted items, and we put in a lot of time and love to customize them for you and your loved ones.
  • We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.
  • Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
If you have received the damaged product or a wrong product then follow these steps – Exchange Procedure for Damaged or Incorrect Products (Customer End – Online):
  1. We kindly request our esteemed customers to record an unboxing video of the delivered product, ensuring no editing, cutting, or cropping. We highly value unaltered footage for authenticity purposes. Additionally, if the product arrives damaged or incorrect, we require three clear photographs along with the unboxing video for documentation purposes. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  2. Should you wish to proceed with an exchange, kindly contact us via email, providing necessary details or Please complete our exchange form.
Acknowledgement (Cyof Team):
  1. Upon receiving the email from our customer, our dedicated team acknowledges it. Subsequently, the customer is required to return the product to our studio address.
Steps to Send to Studio Address (Customer End – Offline):
  1. As part of our return policy, we provide a “return tag” or “return sticker” for customers to affix to the package when returning the product.
  2. For added assurance, customers may opt to sign the sticker along with the date.
  3. After completing steps 4 and 5, customers must take a photo of the package and send it to our team for verification purposes.
When product back to us (Cyof Team):
  1. We will dispatch a fresh product on receiving the product back to the warehouse.
