We have no return policy, as these are bespoke hand painted items, and we put in a lot of time and love to customize them for you and your loved ones.

Exchange-

We provide size exchange & style exchange both unless it’s customised.

We offer an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

If for some reason you are unsure of the product, and would like to exchange it, please mail us within 2 days of receiving the product along with the new product you want to exchange – info@cyofs.com. Once acknowledged by the Cyof team you will have to send the product back to us at our studio’s Address. We will dispatch a fresh product on receiving the product back to the warehouse. Please be patient as the exchange will take 7-10 working days.

If this item is in your possession for more than 7 days, it will be considered as USED and we will not be entitled to give you any exchange or credit.

All returned items MUST be in the original packaging, not be altered, sized, damaged or wrong/replaced item.

While we have strict quality checks in place, colour and print placements vary from piece to piece. This is often due to the nature of the fabric, our resistance to over-treating our pieces with chemicals, as well as utilizing all fabrics dyed or printed to reduce wastage.
